起重机用减速机是在起重机用中硬齿面减速机的基础上研制开发的。QY型系列减速器包括QYS型(三支点)和QYD型(底座式)两个系列起重机用硬齿面减速器。它有三级、四级和三四级结合型三种. 起重机用减速机采用钢板焊接，箱体经退火去应力处理，齿轮采用优质低碳合金钢，齿面经渗碳淬火处理，并经磨削加工，产品品质稳定，性能可靠。
起重机用减速机的工作条件
1） 齿轮圆周速度不大于20m/s；
2） 高速轴转速不大于1500r/min；
3） 工作环境温度为－40～+45℃；
4） 可正反两向运转。
